  Robbie the manager will enter your premises at any given time, claiming he can waltz on into any common areas, so do not get too comfy. Robbie will also take random items such as guitars without consulting the tenants first as 'he does not want expensive things in common areas'..... keep in mind he also did this with a toolbox, lol. Robbie and Kim have no concern if you are living with a dangerous individual and running around with spare keys to your home after they have moved out, but WILL be concerned about a plate on the bench. The furniture is always falling apart, they never replace anything in a timely fashion. I recommend living here if you are NEVER home. Lastly, Robbie and Kim will try claim your bond and then once you dispute it he will negotiate down to only taking $130 as he knows it cost $127 to apply in taking the dispute further and you well settle.

  There is no better place to begin your experience of living away from home. Having your own house gives a great feeling of independence and both the staff and the area are lovely.

  The best of both worlds - next door to USC and shops. Ideal student accommodation but professionals also welcome. Very peaceful environment with great pool and tennis court. Very friendly and helpful on-site managers. Have stayed in other Uni Accommodations and this was by far the best.

  The new owners are are horrible to deal with. I applied for a place after Christmas not expecting anything till 2023 , I’ve been dealing with there selective opens times for three weeks. I was offered a place that wasn’t available then I chose another place only to have my deposit refunded because there’s no rooms left however I call up and find that there’s three other off site places left until she finds out who I am and hangs up. I call back and she tells me not to call again and that there on availability. I have rented from there before and had no Trouble with the previous owners.

  Nice hosts that made my very first day in Australia. They are very helpful and reasonable when I have to move out before the contract ends
